Crabtree Farm is a 70 acre, family owned breeding and training facility. The site analysis examined the qualities of the site: native vegetation, slopes, drainage patterns, soil qualities and micro-climate. The desired uses of the clients were mapped in a relationship diagram which was then transferred to uses footprints and placed on the site in the most advantageous position and relationship. The clients wanted to maintain privacy for their residence while also have the ability to supervise the activities of the farm.
